Frequently asked questions
How much does D+ cost for customers?
Nothing. Downloading the app, collecting stamps and redeeming rewards is free for customers.
How do I register my business?
Download the app, create your account and, under “My profile”, tap the option to apply as a business. Fill in your business details and our team will review them. Once approved, you can create your promotions.
What if my customer doesn't have the app?
They just need to download it and create an account (Google sign-in works too). In under a minute they can get their first stamp.
Can stamps be faked?
No. Each code is created by the business on the spot, works only once and expires within minutes. Every stamp is also logged with its date and time.
How do I pay for Premium?
Premium is arranged directly with the D+ team by writing to soporte@bardcrack.com. Once payment is confirmed we activate it on your account for the period purchased.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to “My profile” → “Delete my account”. You can also request it without the app by following these steps.
