By creating an account or using SelloApp you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the application.
SelloApp is a digital loyalty platform connecting businesses with end customers through digital stamp cards, configurable promotions, and a map of nearby businesses.
The same account can be used as an end customer and, once you apply and are approved, as a business. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.
Every business application is subject to manual review and approval. SelloApp may reject or suspend a business account that violates these terms or provides false information.
Each business is responsible for defining, honoring, and delivering the rewards offered in its promotions. SelloApp provides the traceability tool (QR/numeric codes) but is not a party to the commercial transaction between the business and the customer.
Businesses can operate on the free plan or subscribe to the premium plan via PayPal. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from the business profile inside the app.
You may not use SelloApp to generate fraudulent codes, forge stamps, or engage in any activity intended to defeat the traceability of the redemption system.
