D+Option 1: from the app (immediate)
- Open D+ and sign in.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Tap Delete my account (“Eliminar mi cuenta”) at the bottom of the screen.
- Type ELIMINAR to confirm and tap Delete.
Your account and data are deleted right away.
Option 2: without the app (by email)
If you already uninstalled the app or can't sign in, write to soporte@bardcrack.com:
- From the same email address you registered with on D+ (so we can confirm the account is yours).
- With the subject “Delete my D+ account”.
We delete the account within 7 business days at most and confirm by email.
What is deleted
- Your account: name, email, hashed password, photo and Google identifier.
- All your stamp cards and progress.
- Your open sessions and the notification identifiers of your devices.
- If you have a business: the business, its profile, promotions, images and plan.
If you have a business, deleting your account means your customers lose their stamp cards for your business. We recommend telling them and delivering pending rewards first.
What is kept
- Logs of the codes you used remain in the statistics of the business that issued them, without your name, email or any data that identifies you.
- Your data may remain for a limited time in server backups until they are rotated.
